Frequently Asked Questions Here are some answers to the most common questions we receive: What does a Letter Include?Santa's letters are printed on festive holiday paper, are personalized with the child's name and can include the names of friends, pets or brothers and sisters, child's accomplishments or special mention. Children cherish every word in their letter and are eager to "be a good girl or boy" or "clean up their room" when Santa asks. We will be happy to mention any special requests you may have. And letters are all hand signed by Santa himself! Also included is a small bag of Magic Reindeer Food, Santa's favorite Sugar Cookie recipe (from the kitchen of Mrs. Claus!), Christmas coloring page or Word Search Puzzle, stickers. and a small toy from Santa. I have more than 1 child. Will my children receive the same exact Letter? Absolutely not! Our Santa letters are personalized for each order. We make sure that letters being mailed to the same address are different. Not only on different stationary, but a different letter too! When will my child receive the letter?We will have all letters mailed out by December 15th. You will receive an email when it has been mailed, and ask that you notify us if it has not been received within a week. This will give us ample time to send another letter out in the event of lost/misdirected mail.
